About Me
For years, I thought the tension in my body, poor sleep, and breathing issues were just things I had to live with. I did not realize my body had adapted to unhealthy patterns that were affecting how I breathed, slept, and functioned every day.
Once I began addressing those patterns through myofunctional therapy and airway support, everything changed. I finally started waking up well rested, breathing comfortably through my nose, and living without the constant tension and compensations I once thought were normal.
The difference was life changing.
Now, my goal is to help others experience that same transformation through personalized support, education, and therapy focused on restoring healthier breathing and function.
My Approach
Looking beyond symptoms to address the underlying functional patterns impacting breathing, sleep quality, and oral function.
My Services
Myofunctional Therapy
A simple first step to talk through your concerns and understand what may be affecting your breathing, sleep quality, and jaw function.

A detailed check of your breathing, sleep, and jaw function to pinpoint what may be affecting your symptoms and create a personalised treatment plan, virtual or in-person.
